Please read them carefully as this Terms of Service is a binding contract regarding your use of SuperCarDirect.com. If you do not agree with the following terms and conditions, please cease us of the site and do not register or utilize the information contained within. SuperCarDirect is a free service and never charges or ask for payments of any kind.

SuperCarDirect.com is not responsible for, and does not guarantee the performance of, any such items represented on this site.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access to your computer so others may not access SuperCarDirect.com using your name in whole or in part. SuperCarDirect.com reserves the right to terminate account and deny access to the site to any person who violates this Terms of Service. Registration is free and SuperCarDirect will never ask for, require or request a fee to buy or sell a car or truck.
2. Buying and Selling of Vehicles
SuperCarDirect.com is a free classified site for the purpose of bringing buyers and sellers together for the buying and selling of new and used cars or trucks. Information regarding each individual vehicle is supplied by the seller, NOT by SuperCarDirect.com. The price, condition and other terms of sale remain subject to the direct communication and negotiation between the buyer and the seller of each vehicle. The prices listed by the sellers on SuperCarDirect.com, usually exclude sales tax, finance charges, title, licensed, regulatory, dealer document, emissions testing and compliance fees. Any or all of these fees may be added to the listed price in order to arrive at the final sale price of a particular vehicle. Though it is our goal that that all who come to SuperCarDirect.com will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we can’t verify the information sellers supply or guarantee the vehicles they represent for sale. SuperCarDirect.com also can’t assure the seller of a particular vehicle that the check/payment that he or she receives from the buyer will be authentic. When using this website to sell your car or to find a buyer for a car or truck you have for sale, we urge you to use the same common sense and good judgment you would use whilst selling a car through, or responding to a classified ad in a newspaper or magazine.
When you place a classified ad on SuperCarDirect.com offering a car for sell, you must be prepared to sell that vehicle for the terms and price, which you have it listed for. You must legally own and have possession of the actual vehicle listed and the ability to transfer title. In order to list a car for sale on SuperCarDirect.com, the seller is required to provide correct identifying including a VIN number and contact information. The information must accurately identify the seller and the method of contact must allow buyers to communicate freely and directly with the seller. A seller my not charge a fee to any potential buyer for information about the vehicle listed for sale, nor may the seller use SuperCarDirect.com to promote any other website, product or service without the prior consent of SuperCarDirect.com. At no time will SuperCarDirect assist in or be a part of the actual sale. We are a third party which does not collect, facilitate, or transfer payments or money. We do not offer any credit card payment options or paypal.
List your car for free ads are not to be used to advertise more than one vehicle per ad. You may not edit your vehicle’s vital facts such as Year, Make, Model and VIN once you have created your free classified ad. Please double-check your facts when submitting your ad for posting.
The responsibility for the accuracy of the information in each ad is the sole responsibility of the seller. The Seller alone is responsible for the information, photos, video etc. posted and for the content of all email messages transmitted through SuperCarDirect.com.
Although SuperCarDirect.com cannot monitor all of the classified ads posted to our website, we reserve the right to delete, move, or edit any ads or other postings that come to our attention that we consider either unacceptable or in appropriate whether for legal or other reasons. By using SuperCarDirect.com you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy the use of SuperCarDirect.com. We will always retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this agreement. We will not, during day to day business review the content of private, electronic correspondence that are not addressed to SuperCarDirect.com. In the event someone does try to file suit or
claim against SuperCarDirect, any case would be heard in Marin County
Courts, California. Losing party is responsible for both parties legal
